It’s not too often that the two counties get to meet on the pitch, but the best of the respective Kilkenny and Carlow league players got to do just that back in 2018.
Carlow & District League became All Ireland Champions at Oscar Traynor level for the first time ever after a 2-1 win over Kilkenny & District League.
Graham Delaney’s header proved to be the difference in the end.
