The Kittens clawed their way back into the game with a super second half performance to seal the O'Duffy Cup.
On the 12/12/2020 Kilkenny became your 2020 All-Ireland senior camogie champions.
Trailing two points at the break, the Kittens dug deep in the second half to put on their best performance of the championship and claim the O’Duffy Cup for the 14th time.
1-6 from Windgap’s Denise Gaule – the goal coming from a decisive 57th-minute penalty – along with top drawer performances from Aoife Doyle, Grace Walsh, Claire Phelan and the rest, provided Kilkenny a three-point cushion at the end.
Martin Quilty and Áine Fahey were on deck for our final live commentary of 2020 as Kilkenny ran out 1-14 to 1-11 winners in Croke Park.
